Modern life puts a tremendous strain on our eyesight. Long hours of working at a computer, using smartphones and tablets. The blue light from screens penetrates deep into the retina, causing oxidative stress and damage to photoreceptors. The B vitamin complex is critical for the functioning of the optic nerve and the transmission of nerve impulses.
