Mesotel Ultra® is based on a bioactive formula that includes choline, peptide bioregulators of brain and vascular structures, and medicinal plant extracts. This synergistic composition supports cellular metabolism, helps protect against oxidative stress, and helps maintain mental activity for many years.

The formula is built around two peptide complexes, AA-5 and AA-7, which are short amino acid sequences. These molecules act as signalling substances that support the physiological activity of nerve cells and vascular endothelium. Choline bitartrate serves as a precursor to cell membrane phospholipids and acetylcholine, which are critical for cognitive health and neurotransmission.

The plant component is represented by Centella asiatica (Gotu Kola) extract, a plant with a centuries-old history of use in traditional medicine, common mulberry berries rich in polysaccharides and carotenoids, alpha-lipoic acid for mitochondrial protection and liver detoxification, as well as extracts of eucalyptus and grape skin with a high content of polyphenolic compounds. Red grapefruit concentrate enriches the formula with natural flavonoids and enhances its antioxidant potential.
