Indosine® Indosine 30 tablets - a universal cancer protector with antioxidant enzymes for the prevention of cancer. It contains a unique formula of vitamin and coenzyme preparations with membrane-stabilising and immunomodulatory effects based on milk-white iris extract, catalase, superoxide dismutase, coenzyme Q10, broccoli extract and indole-3-carbinol. This is a new generation preparation that unlocks the body's hidden reserve capabilities and creates a solid foundation for maintaining youth and health.

Catalase and superoxide dismutase (SOD) are key antioxidant enzymes in the body that protect cells from oxidative stress. SOD neutralises superoxide radicals, one of the most aggressive free radicals that damage DNA, proteins and cell membrane lipids. Catalase breaks down hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen, preventing the formation of hydroxyl radicals. Together, these enzymes create powerful multi-level protection against oxidative damage, which is one of the main factors in the development of cancer.

Indole-3-carbinol is a unique compound found in cruciferous vegetables, especially broccoli. It has a pronounced anti-carcinogenic effect, especially on hormone-dependent tumours. Indole-3-carbinol modulates oestrogen metabolism, reducing the formation of carcinogenic metabolites and increasing the synthesis of protective forms. It also induces apoptosis (programmed cell death) of tumour cells, blocks angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels that feed the tumour) and inhibits metastasis.

Broccoli extract contains sulforaphane, a powerful inducer of phase II detoxification enzymes. Sulforaphane activates the Nrf2 transcription factor, which triggers the synthesis of a whole cascade of protective proteins: glutathione-S-transferases, quinone reductases, and UDP-glucuronyltransferases. These enzymes neutralise carcinogens and remove them from the body before they can damage DNA. Studies show that regular consumption of cruciferous vegetables significantly reduces the risk of many types of cancer.

Coenzyme Q10 is an essential component of the mitochondrial respiratory chain and a powerful antioxidant. It protects cell membranes from peroxidation, supports energy metabolism, and improves immune system function. Q10 deficiency weakens antioxidant protection and disrupts mitochondrial function, which can contribute to the development of cancer. Milky white iris extract has immunomodulatory properties, enhancing antitumour surveillance.

Precancerous conditions are background conditions with an increased risk of malignancy. Dysplasia, polyps, chronic inflammatory processes, and leukoplakia create conditions for the transformation of normal cells into tumour cells. The accumulation of genetic damage, the weakening of DNA repair mechanisms, and a decrease in apoptosis activity all increase the likelihood of cancer development. Prevention at this stage is critically important.

Indosine works on several levels of anti-cancer protection simultaneously. Antioxidant enzymes neutralise free radicals and protect DNA from damage. Indole-3-carbinol modulates hormonal metabolism and induces apoptosis of atypical cells. Sulforaphane activates detoxification systems and accelerates the elimination of carcinogens. Q10 supports mitochondrial function and energy metabolism. Immunomodulators enhance antitumour surveillance.

FIELD OF APPLICATION:

  • increased risk of cancer
  • presence of precancerous conditions
  • comprehensive treatment of tumors
  • recurrent tumors
  • support during chemotherapy and radiation therapy
  • recovery after anticancer treatment
  • rehabilitation after surgery
  • recovery after antibiotic therapy
  • various types of allergies
  • chronic inflammatory processes
  • impaired liver detoxification function
  • weakened immunity

ADVANTAGES

Indosine is a universal, new-generation oncoprotector that provides comprehensive, multi-level protection against the development of cancer. Catalase and superoxide dismutase provide powerful enzymatic antioxidant protection at the cellular level. Indole-3-carbinol and broccoli extract modulate hormonal metabolism, activate detoxification systems and induce apoptosis of atypical cells.

Coenzyme Q10 protects mitochondria and cell membranes. The drug has a membrane-stabilising and immunomodulatory effect, contains antioxidants and enterosorbents for rapid health recovery. It is effective for prevention in cases of increased risk of oncopathology, in the complex treatment of tumours and recovery after chemotherapy and radiation therapy. In combination with peptide bioregulators, it improves quality of life and reduces the risk of recurrence.
